Means of payment

This page presents the currently accepted means of payment at GENIUMOS and the security principles associated with order settlement.

2. Security of payments

Payments are processed via a secure solution of type PayPal Advanced Checkout. Transactions benefit from the encryption and security control mechanisms applied by payment providers used at the time of cash flow.

3. Checkout flow rate

Payment is requested upon validation of the Checkout. A Checkout enters logistic processing only after confirmation of the settlement.

4. Banking data

GENIUMOS never asks you to send your complete credit card data by email. In case of doubt about a request received, contact customer service immediately before any action.

5. Refusal or failure to pay

In case of bank refusal, technical failure or security check, the Checkout may not be validated. You can then try again with another accepted payment method or contact customer service.
