General Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the GENIUMOS website between the seller and any consumer customer. They are accessible before the order is validated.

Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics, price and availability of each product are indicated on its sheet. The catalogue includes products for home, garden, maintenance, multimedia, computer and video games.
Article 3 – Price and order
Prices are displayed in euros. The price, applicable discounts and any fees are displayed in the basket and before validation. The order is formed after validation of the payment and sending of the confirmation, or according to the terms displayed for the Direct Invoicing.
Article 4 – Payment
Available means of payment are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal can be offered according to the order. When Direct Invoicing is selected, the transfer terms are sent by e-mail and the order is prepared after validation of the settlement.
Article 5 – Delivery
We deliver in metropolitan France, La Réunion, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Orders are prepared and shipped from metropolitan France. The total indicative period is 3 to 5 working days, usually including 1-2 days of preparation and 2-3 days of transport. The applicable fees and deadlines are displayed before the order is validated.
Article 6 – Withdrawal, return and refund
The customer has the right of withdrawal provided for in the applicable rules, usually 14 calendar days from receipt. The return and refund terms and conditions are described on the Returns and Refunds page, available from the footer. The reimbursement shall be made on the initial means of payment within the legally applicable time limits.
Article 7 – Legal guarantees
The customer enjoys the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, regardless of any commercial guarantee.
