General Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the GENIUMOS site between the seller and any consumer customer. They are accessible at any time and accepted during the validation of the Checkout.

Article 2 – Scope
The Terms and Conditions apply to any Checkout products concluded remotely via the site. They shall prevail over any other contradictory document, unless specific written agreement is reached.
Article 3 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet. Visuals are provided for illustrative purposes; minor non-substantial deviations may exist depending on the manufacturer series.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros. The applicable price is that indicated at the time of validation of the Checkout. Unless otherwise expressly stated, delivery costs are offered on the standard area served.
Article 5 – Checkout
The Checkout is deemed formed after validation of payment and sending a confirmation email. GENIUMOS reserves the possibility to contact the customer for verification of information necessary for the proper execution of the Checkout.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made via secure solutions. The customer guarantees full authority to use the chosen payment method. In case of refusal of payment or suspicion of fraud, the Checkout may be suspended or cancelled.

- Delivery costs:free of charge (unless otherwise stated on the card or basket)
The deadlines are indicative. In the event of a logistical incident, the customer is informed and a solution is proposed.
Article 8 – Risk transfer
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the client at the time the client, or a third party designated by the client, takes physical possession of the property.
Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal (except for legal exceptions provided for in article L221-28).
Article 10 – Returns
The return must be requested from the customer service in order to obtain instructions. Return costs are borne by the merchant for returns validated according to the procedure communicated.
Article 11 – Refund
The refund is made via the initial payment method:
- target time:7 days after validation of return,
- maximum time:at the latest within the applicable legal time limits.
Article 12 – Legal guarantees
The customer enjoys the legal guarantees provided for by French law, in particular:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
- the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
These guarantees shall apply irrespective of any possible commercial guarantee.
Article 13 Responsibility
GENIUMOS cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay resulting from a case of force majeure, an unpredictable event of a third party or a fault attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address).
Article 14 – Personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with thePrivacy Policy.
Article 15 – Claim and mediation of consumption
In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first address a written complaint to the customer service atcontact@GENIUMOS.fr. A friendly solution is sought as a priority. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the customer may use consumer mediation in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (articles L611-1 et seq.).
Article 16 – Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of an unsolved dispute, jurisdiction shall be conferred in accordance with the legal rules in force.
