Return and refund policy
This policy applies to purchases made on GENIUMOS and delivered in metropolitan France, La Réunion, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal or the United Kingdom.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision, unless there are legal exceptions. The mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the country of delivery remain respected.
2. Request a return
Contact contact@GENIUMOS.fr indicating your order number, your name, the product(s) concerned, the date of receipt and the country of delivery. We will send you the appropriate instructions before sending the return.
3. Status of proceeds and return costs
You can manipulate and examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Any depreciation resulting from further handling may be taken into account in accordance with the applicable rules. Return costs are paid by GENIUMOS for returns validated according to the instructions provided.
4. Refund
Reimbursement shall be made on the original means of payment without undue delay and not later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal, subject to the legally applicable conditions. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be deferred until goods are recovered or proof of shipment is received. For validated returns, the target time is 7 days after validation of the return.
5. Defective product, error or damage
In case of non-compliance, defective product, damage to reception or error of preparation, contact us quickly with your order number and useful items. A suitable solution will be offered.
