Return and refund policy
This page describes the return procedure, the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the repayment arrangements applicable to at GENIUMOS purchases for metropolitan France.

1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (in particular articles L221-18 et seq.), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your Checkout to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision, without legal exceptions provided by law.
2. How to request a return
Send your request to contact@GENIUMOS.fr indicating:
- the number of Checkout,
- the customer’s first and last name,
- the product(s) concerned,
- the date of receipt of the package,
- any photo that is useful in the event of a defect, non-compliance or damage.
A confirmation and return instructions are then communicated to you by the customer service. No return shall be dispatched without prior contact.
3. Return costs
By commercial policy GENIUMOS, the return costs are borne by the merchant for returns validated according to the procedure communicated by the customer service.
4. Status of products accepted upon return
For withdrawal returns, only new, unused, complete products in their original packaging are accepted. In accordance with the law, customer liability may be incurred in case of depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.
Cases of non-conformity, defective product, damaged product on receipt or error of preparation are treated as a priority by the customer service, with solution adapted according to the situation.
5. Trade
Exchange requests can be accepted according to product availability. Where exchange is not possible, an alternative solution is proposed, including reimbursement.
6. Refund
- Target time: refund within 7 days after validation of return.
7. Legal exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to categories of products excluded by law, such as certain custom goods, certain goods unsealed for reasons of hygiene or any other exception provided for in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
